Detailed Itinerary

Myanmar Travel 5-Day Myanmar Sailing (Kathaung – Myauk Phyu – Macleod Island – Sau Tan(Dunkin) Island – Kyet Mauk Island – Myin Khwar Island – Kawthaug)

Day(1) Kawthaung  Onbaord (-/-/Dinner)

Our boat, S/Y Colona 2 will leave from Kawthaung (Myoma Jetty) to Myauk Phyu Island. On arrival, relax on the boat.

Day (2) Myauk Phyu- Macleod Island(Myanmar Andaman Resort)

(Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

After breakfast, Swimming, Snorkeling and Kayaking near by Myauk Phyu and then sailing to Macleod island. On arrival, exploring white sandy beach, swimming, snorkeling and kayaking. Overnight onboard.

Day (3) Macleod Island(MAR)- Say Tan( Dunkin) Island

(Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

After Breakfast, Sailing to Say Tan Island. On arrival, trekking on the island. Waiting & Watching wild Monkeys on the beach. Overnight onboard.

Day (4) Kyet Mauk Island (Cocks Comb Island)

(Breakfast, lunch, Dinner)

After breakfast, Sailing to Kyet Mauk island. On arrival, relaxing on the island, Kayaking and Snorkeling at the hidden Lagoon. Overnight onboard.

Day (5) Myin Khwar (Horse Shoe) Island – Kawthaung

(Breakfast, Lunch,-)

After breakfast, Sailing to Myin Khwar island. On arrival, Visiting a small Bird Nest Cave and then back to Kawthaung. On arrival, transfer to hotel.

Recommended personal gears to bring:

Swim suits, pants, shirts, shorts, underwear, sneakers, hats, light rain gears, sunglasses, toiletries, cameras, books, writing materials, etc.

Kawthaung – Barwell Island – 115 Island - Nyaung Wee Island - Great Swinton Island - Ohway Island - Jar Lann Kyun - Za Det Nge Island – Kawthaung

Day1 Kawthaung - Barwell Island

After the welcome aboard your yacht, we set sail to Barwell Island where we spend the evening on the beach. We’ll go for a swim before dinner
and drinks.

Day 2 Barwell Island - 115 Island

Leisurely breakfast on board. After a refreshing swim we start our passage to Island No. 115, a place often frequented by Moken sea
gypsies. In the afternoon we will reach a group of small islands called Mid Group. If time permits, we go for a dinghy excursion into a nearby mangrove
forest on Island No. 88. After the evening swim we have dinner in this beautiful sheltered bay.

Day 3 115 Island - Nyaung Wee Island - Great Swinton Island 

In the morning we slowly sail towards the little village on Nyaung Wee Island and visit the local sea gypsy settlement. After lunch we sail
west to Great Swinton Island. Jungle walk along the creek and collecting seashells on the huge beach. For those interested in Buddhism, a short
visit in a local monastery. Snorkelling, then sundowners on deck. Watching the bioluminescent plankton at night.

Day 4 Great Swinton Island - Ohway Island - Jar Lann Kyun 

Early-morning sail to tiny Ohway Island for the best snorkelling (and great fishing) in the region. Observe the colourful life of the reef, full of
soft and hard corals and plenty of tropical fish. After lunch we set sail for Jar Lann Kyun and anchor in its large fjord, one of the most
spectacular bays in the archipelago. In the mangrove forest we watch the hornbills at dusk. Fine dining on board. Time to relax under the
starry sky.

Day 5 Jar Lann Kyun - Za Det Nge Island

Long, leisurely sail towards Za Det Nge Island with its beautiful bays and beaches. Visit Rhino Island on the way. Its stunning turquoise
waters are perfect for enjoying the sun. Later we move towards Za Det Nge’s for a last dinner party on the beach.

Day 6 Za Det Nge - Kawthaung 

Early morning passage towards Kawthaung. Casual brunch aboard before we reach the pier and say goodbye.

Day (1) Kawthaung- Onboard (-/-/Dinner)

Our boat, S/Y Colona 2 will leave from Kawthaung (Myoma Jetty) to Nyaung Wee Island. On arrival, relax on the boat.

Day (2) Nyaung Wee – Bo Cho(Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Morning visit to Salone (Sea Gypsies) village and chat with them. After lunch, continues to Bo Cho Island. Overnight on board.

Day (3) Bo Cho (Makyone Galet Village) – Lampi island

(Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Pay a visit to Makyone Galet Village to discover their ways of life. After Lunch, continues to Lampi Island. It is nice to do Kayaking, Swimming, Trekking around the island, Bird watching and etc. Enjoy the sunset from the island. Overnight onboard.

Day (4) Lampi- Kyunn Philar

(Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

After breakfast, proceed to river and mangroves. On arrival, Kayaking around mangroves forest and appreciate beauties of sandy beaches along the Lampi island and then sailing to Kyunn Phila. Overnight onboard.

Day (5) Kyunn Philar- Nga Khin Nyo Gyee island

(Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

After breakfast, exploring and Relaxing at 2000m of deserted beach of Kyunn Philar and then trekking on the island and then sailing to Nga Khin Nyo Gyee island. Overnight onboard.

Day (6) Nga Khin Nyo Gyee island – Macleod island(MAR)

(Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

After breakfast, Swimming, Snorkeling and Kayaking near by Nga Khin Nyo Gyee island and then sailing to Macleod island. On arrival, exploring white sandy beach, swimming, snorkeling and kayaking. Overnight onboard.

Day (7) Macleod island- Myauk Phyu island- Kawthaung

(Breakfast, Lunch)

After breakfast, Sailing to Myauk Phyu island. On arrival, Swimming, Snorkeling, Kayaking and then back to Kawthaung. On arrival, transfer to hotel.
