Detailed Program
Day 1: Yangon Arrival Day and Sightseeing
Upon arrival at airport, after luggage collection, you will be welcome by local tour guide. Then transfer to your hotel for check-in.

Detailed Program
Day 1: Yangon Arrival Day and Sightseeing
Upon arrival at airport, after luggage collection, you will be welcome by local tour guide. Then transfer to your hotel for check-in.
In the afternoon, visit Kandawgyi Park to relax, Chaukhtetgyi Reclining Buddha image which is the biggest one in Yangon, and evening visit to the most significant pagoda, Shwedagon, which the global scholars describe as One of Wonders in the World. Shwedagon plays very important role in the Old Burmese History not only standing as the holiest structure for the Buddhist all over the world. Enjoy the sunset from nearly 26-century years old Most Glorious Buddhist Shrine.

Day 2: Yangon- Nyaung U- Bagan – Kyauk Gu Umin Boat Trip (B/-/D)

In the early morning, transfer to Yangon Airport for the flight to Bagan(Nyaung Oo Airport). Hundreds of Ancient Stupas, Temples, Monestaries, Libraries and Buddhist Universities welcome you to the then Heart of Buddhism. Then, drive to a temple to have a glimpse of Bird’s eye view tasting a bit of its marvel.
After that, you may visit Nyaung U morning market which is known as Market On The Floor with a variety of local vegetables and products such as typical snacks, food, Handicrafts, Thanakha the most adorned Burmese Make-up, and so on. Then, visit the most sacred stupa Shwe Zi Gon built in 11 Century by the most outstanding Buddhist King, Anawrahta, Gu Byauk Gyi Temple to see the mural from 12 Century, the massive red-colored Htilominlo Temple, and lastly before check-in at the hotel, visit most beautiful Ananda Temple built in late 11 Century housing giant Standing Buddhas which give the viewers illusion of Smiling-or-Serious facial expression of the Enlightened One.
In the afternoon, transfer to Bagan Ayer Jetty where your private boat awaits to bring you up along the Mighty Ayeyarwaddy River to visit the remote Jungle Temple of Kyauk Gu Umin built in the 12th Century. The temple is visited by a few tourists and it is locked most of the time. Only when the visitors arrive, the temple door opens by the magic key.
After an hour or more cruising upstream, your boat will stop on the eastern bank so that you can take a Jungle walk for about 15 minutes to get to the temple. Passing through the thick forest, plum trees that bear the red-yellow plum fruits, the forest lane will lead you to the temple and monastery hidden in the south of Majestic Bagan. Explore the sandstone cave adorned with the carved stone reliefs on the outside walls of temple and after that walk back to the jetty.
Float down back to Ayer Jetty and on the way, you may enjoy the sunset from the river.

Day 3: Bagan Sightseeing on Bicycle and Horse-cart (B/-/-)
After breakfast, in the morning, get on your bike to do excursion in Bagan to the most outstanding pagodas and temples in the Myinkaba Area such as Gu Byauk Gyi Temple where you can see the best mural paintings preserved by the UNESCO, Manuha Temple built by the captive Mon King in 11th century and Nan Phaya Temple where the Mon King was kept under house arrest. Then, you may be transferred back to your hotel for hiding from the hot sun.
In the afternoon, explore the Ancient Monument zone of Bagan by mounting on a lovely horse-drawn cart. The Horse-cart will take you to the most beautiful parts of the Ancient Bagan for enjoying the views of thousands of temples and pagodas passing by a small village whose residents live from Tourism, farming, and Handicrafts. Finally the cart will end up at a temple where you can enjoy the memorable sunset over the terrains full of Old Temples and Pagodas.

Day 4: Bagan – Heho – Kalaw – Green Hill Valley Elephant Camp – Inle Lake (B/L/-)

After breakfast, transfer to Nyaung U Airport for the flight to Heho, a small town located on the high mountain hill valley. Upon arrival, transfer to Kalaw(approximately 1 hour) and then from there another half an hour drive will take you to Magwe village where you will be welcomed by the Green Hill Valley Elephant Camp Team. And then, they will lead you to the camp about 15 minutes walking.
-Light Refreshment
-Walk (5-7 Minutes) to the small stream where elephants bathe and you may feed, and bathe them
-Elephant Riding will be coming next exploring the forest area
-Lunch at the Camp
-Take a trekking tour with the Trekking Guide
-You may join the reforestation program by contributing your labor in planting regional trees
-Return back to car either on foot or on Elephant’s Back
Finally, drive back to Kalaw. And then, continue your drive to Nyaung Shwe and on the way, you can visit Shwe Yan Pyay monastery built mainly of teak wood in 1882 and it’s pagoda with colorful mosaics decorated on the interior walls around the central pagoda constructed 2 years before its adjacent monastery. Then continue to Nyaung Shwe where you embark on the long boat to reach your hotel at Inle Lake (if your hotel is on the lake!).
Overnight at Inle Lake
Day 5: Inle Lake Excursion (B/-/-)
Excursion of Inle Lake may begin with a morning 5-day traditional market at a village on the lake or on the shore of the lake. Here at Inle Lake, the markets come on 5-day basis. Besides the Inthars, some tribal ladies such as Pa-O, Pa Laung can also be seen at the market selling their farm produce and afterwards they go back to their villages on the mountain with the purchase of what they need for the household, a photo opportunity
Then, visit Phaung Daw Oo pagoda which is the Holiest Religious Stupa housing 5 Buddha images, Silk Weaving village (lotus fabrics weaving technique can also be seen unique only in here!), Blacksmith Factory in Inn Phaw Khone manufacturing the knife, spade, etc., Cheroot or Myanmar Cigar factory, the nature of Inthars, Lake Residents with their Floating Gardens and finally visit the Nga Phe Chaung monastery which is the oldest one with antique Shan-style Buddhas and Buddhas’ alters.
Overnight at Inle Lake
Day 6: Inle Lake – Indein – Heho – Yangon (B/-/-)

Today Excursion of Inle Lake, you may drive to Ywama Village and visit the Local Handicrafts workshop of Silversmith Home industry & visit the weaving house of Padaung Ladies with Bronze Rings on the neck. Then, continue by boat to Indein Ruined Pagoda Complex along a small river that sustains Inle Lake by flowing into it. Passing the Large green Myanmar Bamboo forests on the way, you will reach the Ruined Indein pagodas that stand on the hill slope providing a panoramic view to the lake.
In the afternoon, transfer to Nyaung Shwe by boat and then from there by car, transfer to Heho Airport for the flight back to Yangon..

Day 7: Yangon Departure (B/-/-)
In the morning after breakfast, if the time permits, you can visit Scott Market which sells many Myanmar Traditional Handicrafts, namely, Pan Sai Myo, 10 kinds of flowers; Blacksmith, Goldsmith, Coppersmith, Stone Carvings, Wood Carvings, Lacquer Wares, and so on (Scott Market is off every Monday!).
Then if the time permits, visit Yangon Zoological gardens built by the British more than 100 years ago. The Zoo houses a variety of animals from all parts of Myanmar as well as other foreign animals such as Lions, Ostrich and so on.
Then, transfer to Yangon International airport for the flight back home!
