Detailed Itinerary
Yangon – Bagan – Ponetaung Ponenyar – Mindat – Khone Eai village – Amlong village – Kyar Aie Nu village – Madat village – Kyardo village – Aye village – Mt. Victoria or Nat Ma Taung – Kanpalat – Bagan – Yangon
Day 1: Yangon Arrival Day and Yangon Site-seeing
Upon arrival at airport, after luggage collection, you will be welcome by local tour guide. In the afternoon, visit Kandawgyi Park to relax, Chaukhtetgyi Reclining Buddha image which is the biggest one in Yangon, and evening visit to the most significant pagoda, Shwedagon, which the global scholars describe as One of Wonders In The World. Shwedagon plays very important role in the Old Burmese History not only standing as the holiest structure for the Buddhist all over the world. Enjoy the sunset from nearly 26-century years old Most Glorious Buddhist Shrine.
Overnight in Yangon.
Day 2: Yangon-Bagan (B)
Morning flight to Bagan. On arrival at Nyaung U airport welcome by the van, drive to a temple to have a panoramic view of Majestic Bagan. Visit Nyaung Oo morning market, and then visit Shezigon Pagoda, Gu Byauk Gyi Temple at Wet Kyee Inn, Htilominlo Temple, Ananda Temple. Then check-in at the hotel.
In the afternoon, explore the region by horse-cart.

Day 3: Bagan-Ponetaung Ponenyar- Mindat (B,L,D)
Cross the mighty Ayeyarwaddy with the first sun ray, and then drive to Mindat. The stops around small stupas and nat shrines at the summit for photography will create breathtaking emotion in to our hearts. Our delicious lunch will be in a village called Paut. Upon arrival at Mindat in the evening, check-in at a small hotel before strolling around the town. Enjoy dinner at a small local restaurant and spend night stay at hotel.

Day 4: Mindat ~ Khone Eai village (B,L,D)
After breakfast drive for 14 miles to the west of the town by jeep in early morning. Then start trekking along the pine forest to the target village called Hilaung Village situated on the valley of the pine forest mountain and the village population is about 400 villagers. it will take about one hour. The dense forest there seems to be generating the cold weather. It is the first Village on the way and one site worthy for sightseeing in is a Buddhist stupa donated by King Alaungsithu of Bagan and he built when making a trip to Chin State. Then continue to Khone Eai Village and do the evening sightseeing and all will end up with charming dinner and night stay at a Chin traditional house.

Day 5: Khone Eai village ~ Amlong village (B,L,D)
Enjoy the pleasant morning among Chin Hill together with a pleasurable trekking with the natural beauties: birding, wildlife nature and scenic vista of the forest along the mountain range to Htwe Village. The next one-hour trekking after Htwe Village will lead you to Htal Pan Village for tasty lunch.
The walking way up on the pine forested mountain range is an easy trek. The evening sightseeing we will do at Amlong Village with about 20 houses. You will have the enchanting dinner and memorable night stay at a small Buddhist monastery on the hill.

Day 6: Amlong village ~ Kyar Aie Nu village (B,L,D)
Start the full-day tour with the down trekking to Chake Chaung River for one and a half hour. Another two-hour ascending trekking to Htwe Inn Village populated by the animists who look like that of the stone age. A suspension bridge is an excellent site to visit on the way. At Htwe Inn, visit the Shamaing’s house to observe their beliefs and customs.
After lunch, continue to Lee Shee for sightseeing of traditional huts. In the evening, you will arrive at Kyar Aie Nu Village, a big village that lies at an altitude of 1600 meters above sea lever and to the sightseeing to the Chin traditional hand-made smoking pipe workshop there at the village. Have dinner and overnight at a house in the village.

Day 7: Kyar Aie Nu village ~ Madat village (B,L,D)
Begin the day with an interesting trek along the hill side of Chin Mountain to Chin villages: Turdo Village, Htay Pan Village and Masan Village. The evening sightseeing will be in Madat Village, the biggest one seen during our trekking and Chin villager population living there is about 800 residents and the village also has a small primary school. The Nat shrine in the middle of the village, a nicely decorated one, is the most interesting place to take a visit. Charming dinner and cool night stay at the village leader;s house.

Day 8: Madat village ~ Kyardo village (B,L,D)
Morning leisurely stroll in villages of the hill tribes and continue your trekking to Loat Pe Village. Enjoy lunch there. At the Loat Pe village, you will enjoy the views of the tradition and belief, holy wooden poles and stone tombs. Kyardo Village lies on the hill side of the valley of the green mountain range and offers us a lovely evening by their traditional means of life such as in their ancient-styled huts made of wood and bamboo. With, the tattoo-faced women wearing traditional costumes, we can meet whilst they are celebrating their authentic Chin traditional dancing where they will serve their traditional wine, Khaungye, as showing their hospitality. Enjoy dinner and overnight at a village house.

Day 9: Kyardo village ~ Aye village (B,L,D)
The full-day tour will have a commencement, trekking on the hill of the river valley and cross the river to trek over the mountain range where enjoy bird calls and forest’s natural beauty.
After lunch at Khelonethat village, proceed to Aye Village, a small Chin village on the hill side of the forest mountain in Natmataung national park. Having a fascinating beauty as a once British’s hill-camp with some old colonial constructions, the weather there is quite cold. Also there, taking photos of tattoo-faced women and their ways of living is valuable for the use of time. Aye Village will give each and all of us pleasing experience of dinner and night stay.

Day 10: Aye village ~ Mt. Victoria~ Kanpalat (B,L,D)
To the base camp of Mt. Victoria by jeep for 10 miles along the scenic forest full of pine trees with the whirling of bird calls is the first program of the day. Take some snacks and water for our trekking and hiking during the time of passing the most famous birding area in Myanmar. Within the 3 hour-trekking to the top of the mountain, 10200 ft above sea level, from the base camp, 6500 ft in height, the first 45 minutes will give us a new experience of the steep and difficult portion of the path. All exhaust, however, will go away by the time seeing the panoramic view from the summit.
After a sufficient rest at the apex, come back to our jeep and it takes for about 2 hours. The relaxing dinner and memorable night stay at a hotel in Kanpalat.

Day 11: Kanpalat ~ Bagan (B,L)
The morning after breakfast is programmed with jeep ride to Bagan including a short rest in Saw Village as well as the incident of driving in the pine forest.
Lunch at a small local restaurant in Kazunma Village, one of the big Myanmar villages in Magwe Division, has a new sort of taste along the connection between central and western Myanmar.
Upon arrival at Bagan, check-in at your hotel.

Day 12: Bagan – Yangon (B)
After breakfast, transfer to Bagan, Nyaung Oo Airport for the flight back to Yangon. Upon arrival, visits in Yangon, depending on the arrival time, to the downtown area with the Old City Hall and take a stroll along Colonial Buildings ending at the old Strand Hotel, the adjacent Australian Embassy, Her Majesty British Embassy, and Red-bricked General Post Office, Mawtin Jetty to enjoy the riverside activities.
In the evening, take a walk to enjoy the evening scene along the Chinese Quarters, China Town.
Overnight in Yangon.
Day 13: Yangon (Departure Day) (B)
After breakfast, depending on the departure flight time, visits in Yangon can be included; Scott Market which sells many Myanmar Traditional Handicrafts, namely, Pan Sai Myo, 10 kinds of flowers; Blacksmith, Goldsmith, Coppersmith, Stone Carvings, Wood Carvings, Lacquer Wares, and so on (Scott Market is off every Monday!). Visit the Colonial British Built Train Station and can enjoy the train ride on one of City Circling train(one-hour clockwise ride from the station to Insein Station is recommendable!)
Then transfer by car to Yangon International Airport for the flight back.
